APLICACIONES / APPLICATIONS

El METALEST-IBS da emoliencia sin untuosidad y puede sustituir parcialmente a aceites minerales y vegetales en lociones, cremas y pomadas. Es usado como plastificante en sprays de cabello y en esmaltes para uñas, en los que aumenta el brillo. También tiene uso como aditivo en los eliminadores de esmalte de uñas. En las barras de labios, modifica la viscosidad del vehículo, mejorando la humectación de los pigmentos y la solubilidad de la materia colorante.

METALEST-IBS provides emollience without oiliness and may be employed as a partial replacement for mineral and vegetable oils in lotions, creams and salves. It is used as a plasticiser in hair sprays and nail varnish, where it also improves gloss. It is a useful additive in nail varnish remover. In lipstickes, modifies the viscosity of the vehicle, improving wetting of pigments and solubility of dyestuffs.
